DotCIO - Change in email notices from ITSSC

Starting March 13, 2020, the vendor for DotCIO IT Services and Support Center (ITSSC) is changing the way ticket email notifications are processed.  The goal is to prevent spammers from using the account to create falsified tickets and send unwanted messages to our clients.  As a result, the text in the email notification you receive after submitting an online request for assistance will suppress the detailed description supplied at submission.  This suppression will only take place when a new ticket is created.  All other email notficiations will not be affected.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.  Mare Donohue
