The DotCIO will be retiring the old Webmail/IMAP email server by the end of the Fall 2023 semester.  This will not affect students that did not yet have an active account as of 03/06/2023 as student accounts after that date were created with Exchange Online email.  It will also only affect students prior to that date that have not already moved email they want to save to their Exchange Online email.

Students that had an active account on 03/06/2023 were moved from webmail/IMAP email delivery to Exchange Online email.  At that time instructions were provided on how to move email from webmail to Exchange Online.   If you still need to move emails please do so at this time.  Any email on this server will not be available after the end of the Fall semester.

Please note logging into this sever requires a connection to the RPI network either hard-wire or RPI WiFi if on-campus or connected to the VPN if off-campus.  If there is no email in the Inbox or any sub-folders or you receive an error message that the Mailbox does not exist, you do not have any email to move.
