Between Tuesday December 26 to Thursday December 28, the DotCIO will be performing maintenance on the license servers used for software activation on campus. During this time, license servers will be restarted and those who use the software that utilizes these license servers may temporarily experience license activation issues.
Should you receive any warnings or errors regarding license activation during this period, please save your work and close the software. Then re-attempt to open the software after 30 minutes. Should you still receive license warnings or errors, please submit a Support Request and make note of the affected software.
