In January, DotCIO’s Web Services team will be implementing design and layout changes to the 
Morning Mail email. To improve readability, all items will now be grouped into one of three color-
coded categories: students, faculty and staff, or the general campus community.

If you currently create events in the campus calendar (events.rpi.edu), you can now tag any
event that you’d like to appear in Morning Mail by selecting ONE of the categories highlighted below, depending on the intended audience. Only events that have been tagged with one of these categories will appear in a Morning Mail email.
