Due to a change in how Microsoft and Duo communicate, there will be an update to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) interface for Microsoft services. This will only affect Office 365 apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

Starting on October 16th, the new process will prompt you to "Approve with Duo MFA" before sending you a duo code.  Once this is implemented on 10/16/2024, you will be prompted to login to Office 365 to accept this new prompt.
