DotCIO announces update to ITSSC menu option

When submitting a request via https://itssc.rpi.edu, if you are in need of assistance with EIS Applications with regards to staff access to these applications, development configuration, reporting, please select EIS Applications.  Subsequently select the corresponding application>category you need assistance with.  This will route your request to the appropriate team providing more efficient service for our clients. 

 For reference below is a list of EIS applications and their description:

  • Advance – Institute Advancement CRM
  • AIMS – Parking System
  • Automic – Banner/SIS scheduler
  • Banner – ERP (Finance, HR, Financial Aid, AR)
  • Data Warehouse/ETL/OAS – BI Reporting
  • DegreeWorks – academic planning and degree clearance software
  • EMS Scheduling – events management and scheduling system
  • FAMIS(CMMS) – building maintenance and repairs system
  • FMLive – fuel tracking system
  • Imaging (NOLIJ/OnBase) - Imaging and Document Management
  • iModules – Alumni engagement application
  • LDI – Procurement integration
  • Qualtrics-Survey application
  • SIS – Student Information System

If you need support with these applications with regards to software troubleshooting of the application, such as trouble opening, you can submit as a Support Request for initial evaluation.
