With Exchange Online having a 100gb quota, individuals who have email archives are encouraged to move this data into their Exchange Online email.  This will provide more efficient access to these emails as well as providing seamless access across multiple devices.  Connection to the RPI network, including VPN, would no longer be needed as well.
