DotCIO staff will be performing maintenance on over 50 servers to include academic, print and license servers between June 30th to July 3rd. 

Maintenance on Academic servers will be scheduled with the School's and stakeholders to ensure we do not interfere with ongoing work.

06/30/2025 10:30am to 1pm ET:  During this time, print servers will undergo maintenance.  Print jobs may be cancelled and warning messages may be received regarding printers being offline.  Please refrain from printing during this time period.  If there are any issues printing after 1pm, please submit a Support Request via https://itssc.rpi.edu for assistance.

06/30/2025 thru 07/03/2025 9am to 5pm ET: Maintenance on license servers will take place throughout the week.  We do not anticipate needing to upgrade applications on these servers so downtime should be minimal.
