Due to necessary software maintenance, a scheduled outage will take place beginning at 9:00AM on Saturday, March 7th with an expected duration of 3-5 hours. During this time, some computing services may be unavailable. It should be noted that this will NOT be a network outage. On- and off-campus network connectivity will be unaffected, with wired and wireless connectivity, IP phones, and basic networking remaining functional for the duration. Upon completion, affected services will be tested for functionality to ensure normal operations. Problems that persist into Saturday afternoon should be reported to the DotCIO Helpdesk via a Support Request in ITSSC.
