Our Information Security team is excited to announce that our AI Phishing Coach "PhishStick" is now live for our RPI Community! Our Phishing Coach will streamline our Phishing simulations, as well as increase Cyber Security Awareness for potential spam or phishing emails. Please see below features of our Phishing Coach, and How to Report a Spam/Phishing email to Microsoft through Outlook.
Note: Our AI Phishing Coach is only reviewing email that has been previously reported as Phishing or Spam attacks, and is powered by Artificial Intelligence. Your conversations will not be used to train models. Please keep in mind that conversational AI isn't error-free and sometimes makes mistakes. For any questions, please reach out to the Security team.
- Personalized Simulations – Analyzing data from previous real Phishing or Spam attacks that have been remediated and sanitized. These sanitized emails would then be sent to our RPI Community, which would assist with recognition and training of future potential Spam or Phishing emails.
- Just-in-Time Coaching – If a link or attachment is opened from our Phishing simulation, our AI Phishing Coach will provide "just-in-time" training on what was missed from the Phish simulation email.
- Continuously updated training content – Our AI Phishing Coach will adjust the cadence and simulations based on evolving Phishing threats and attacks.
