After nine years of dedicated service to RPI, Mare Donohue, Manager of Client Services Support, will be retiring at the end of March.

In many ways, Mare has served as the face of IT—leading our Help Desk and ensuring that members of the RPI community have a positive support experience. Her commitment and genuine care are evident every day, and her impact has been felt by countless students, faculty, and staff.
