DotCIO's Multimedia Services wishes to notify the campus community that, starting on Monday, September 23, all Webex applications — either desktop or mobile — will require reauthentication every 30 days. As a result, all Webex users should allow extra time when launching the application to confirm that it is properly authenticated prior to any meeting. Doing this will improve security and ensure that the software is updated.
