DotCIO is excited to announce the launch of a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool for the campus community! This online catalog, which features approximately 25,000 digital assets, includes photos from events like Commencement, the Bicentennial celebrations, Quantum events, Homecoming, and Holiday concerts. It is also home to the latest Rensselaer branding standards and much more.

Key Tool Features

• Access: Available to everyone with an RCS userID.
• Extensive Collection: Includes approximately 25,000 images with embedded metadata, making it easier to search for the shots you need.
• Download Requests: Allows users to request to download up to 50 images at a time in multiple formats.
• Sharing Options: Offers ability to share images, Collections, get direct web page links, or post to Carousel Digital Signage.

How to Get Started

• To access the DAM tool, use your RPI credentials to log into the RPI Widen Collective.

• Monday, November 25 -- 11:00AM to Noon
