With the close of the spring semester, all members of the RPI community are asked to review any recordings stored in Webex and delete those which are no longer needed. Everyone has a quota allotted for storage in Webex, and exceeding that quota may result in being unable to record to the cloud.
If there are recordings which need to be reused consistently going forward, they can be migrated from Webex to Mediasite, our video streaming platform. Please submit a support request and Multimedia Services would be happy to assist.
