Multimedia Services would like to inform the Rensselaer community that the Webex Education Connector used to connect Webex and Blackboard will be automatically migrated to Webex LTI Legacy on Sunday, June 2, 2024.

At this time, all courses using Webex in Blackboard may prompt for the service to be reauthorized; please refer to the "Authorization Error in LMS Webex Education Connector" ITSSC article for more information on how to properly reauthorize the connection. For assistance from the Webex support team, please submit a Support Request.
