MultiMedia Services wishes to inform the campus community that Webex LTI Legacy (formerly Webex Education Connector) has been upgraded in Blackboard to the new Webex LTI 1.3 connector. This is the final upgrade prior to the start of the semester, and brings in increased stability and features for utilizing Webex within a course in Blackboard. 

Due to changes, instructors should note that any courses copied from earlier semesters may require maintenance; please see this troubleshooting article or put in a support request if you require assistance. Documentation for utilizing Webex within the Blackboard LMS is being updated, and will be available in the ITSSC knowledge base.
