Printing
DotCIO provides support for networked printing on campus including many community-wide printers and networking and sharing of departmental or lab based printers.
Mobile Computing Program (Laptops)
Rensselaer's Mobile Computing Program (MCP) partners with top manufacturers to provide a laptop that fully supports students' computing needs and helps enable and ensure their academic success.
Computer Repair
Rensselaer Computer Repair (RCR)'s manufacturer-certified technicians provide the campus community with warranty repair for a wide range of computing equipment, and also offer time and materials non-warranty repair on all other equipment.
Rensselaer Self-Service
Access to Rensselaer Self-Service requires a Rensselaer Identification Number (RIN) and password to log into the system.
- Students can register for classes, check registration status, add or drop classes, view weekly schedules and grades, request transcripts, and obtain a parking permit.
- Faculty and staff can submit payroll time sheets, obtain a parking permit, and access pay information, benefits, and PTO leave balances and history.
Room Reservations
All recognized Rensselaer faculty, staff and students can use the Rensselaer Room Reservations system to reserve a meeting space on campus. The system's website also offers lists of helpful campus and event-planning resources.

DIAL Campus Health and Wellness Check-In Tool
The Daily Interactions and Activities Log (DIAL) tool provides a way for all members of the campus community to log their daily interactions to assist with proper COVID-19 contact tracing.
Morning Mail
The Morning Mail service aggregates Rensselaer news and event information for distribution to the campus community. The collected items are summarized and curated, and then sent out in the form of a daily email message to inform all Rensselaer students, faculty, and staff of important recent news, as well as upcoming events.
