The Daily Interactions and Activities Log (DIAL) tool provides a way for all members of the campus community to log their daily interactions to assist with proper COVID-19 contact tracing.

Rensselaer's events calendar provides a quick and easy way to inform the campus community of what's happening on campus.

Faculty Directory

Rensselaer's faculty directory lists faculty members by school, and also allows site visitors to search for faculty members and/or specific areas of research.

Morning Mail

The Morning Mail service aggregates Rensselaer news and event information for distribution to the campus community. The collected items are summarized and curated, and then sent out in the form of a daily email message to inform all Rensselaer students, faculty, and staff of important recent news, as well as upcoming events.

Rensselaer News

This website is constantly being updated to offer the latest news about Rensselaer faculty, or to highlight the most recent findings of the campus' many researchers.

Rensselaer Self-Service

Access to Rensselaer Self-Service requires a Rensselaer Identification Number (RIN) and password to log into the system.

  • Students can register for classes, check registration status, add or drop classes, view weekly schedules and grades, request transcripts, and obtain a parking permit.
  • Faculty and staff can submit payroll time sheets, obtain a parking permit, and access pay information, benefits, and PTO leave balances and history.

Room Reservations

All recognized Rensselaer faculty, staff and students can use the Rensselaer Room Reservations system to reserve a meeting space on campus.  The system's website also offers lists of helpful campus and event-planning resources.

RPI Alert Emergency Notification System

Rensselaer's RPI Alert emergency notification system is designed to provide rapid notification and instructions to students, faculty, staff, and others in the event of an in-progress crisis that is taking place either on campus or within the immediate area.

Time Sheet System

Accessed via Rensselaer Self-Service, this system allows staff to submit — and their managers to approve — time sheets for each pay period.
